Mariah is a third-year student at VCU majoring in Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science (HPEX). In the summer of 2024, she joined the Kalpulli Research Group as part of VCU's Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program, a TRIO program designed to prepare undergraduate students for doctoral studies through involvement in research and other scholarly activities.
